Use of this website

The information on this website is general information, not legal advice. Using this website, contacting the firm, or booking a consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship. SMS Terms

  • Program: The Law Office of Ravi Patel sends internal call alert text messages to the firm's own attorney. When someone calls the firm's phone receptionist and asks to speak with the attorney, the system texts the attorney a short summary of the caller and asks whether to transfer the call. These messages go only to the firm's attorney. The firm does not send marketing text messages, and the program has no public sign-up.
  • Consent: The only recipient enrolled his own mobile number in the firm's call-routing settings and agreed to receive these alerts.
  • Frequency: Message frequency varies with call volume.
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving messages. Reply START to resume.
  • Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact ravi@ravilaw.com or (510) 443-0443.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: See our Privacy Policy at https://ravilaw.com/privacypolicy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
